Making a team a team….

I really enjoy listening to music.  Recently, I was listening to an orchestra.  It began with a violin solo– very impressive.  But then, the other parts of the orchestra began jumping in, a little drum, a little trumpet, then flutes.  What was a nice sounding solo soon became a wonderful auditory thrill.  Each instrument added their unique sound to the mix to become something that any one of them could not be on their own. Practice doesn’t make perfect……

But it sure helps! I think it was Lee Trevino who said, “The harder I practice, the luckier I get.” To achieve a certain level of achievement you need to devote time and effort toward that goal.
